Richme Associates is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong FMCG experience to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and business performance. Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and sales finance will be preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage finance, accounting, budgeting, and cash flow activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and management reports.
- Monitor inventory, product costing, expenses, margins, and working capital.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Establish strong financial controls and accounting processes.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, production, and operations teams.
- Analyse business performance and provide financial insights to management.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors,



consultants, and government authorities.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA /MCOM Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Mandatory experience in the FMCG or food industry.
