We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead delivery operations, workforce planning, and execution governance across a growing portfolio of risk and platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing resource utilization, enabling effective stakeholder management, and fostering high-performing engineering teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance delivery commitments with organizational priorities in a fast-paced technology workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery governance, planning, execution oversight, and operational reviews across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive workforce strategy, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, hiring plans, onboarding, and talent development.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, staffing, and execution goals.
- Own delivery metrics, dashboards, reporting, risk management, and leadership communications,



providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Manage team budgets, headcount planning, vendor resources, and operational expenditures to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to enhance predictability and operational efficiency.
- Lead dependency management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across teams and stakeholder groups.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by promoting accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support organizational growth initiatives through talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
- Drive compliance with organizational standards, governance requirements, and operational excellence objectives.
