About the Role
Joan Technologies is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Technical IT Recruiter with 6–8 years of strong technical recruitment experience.
We are looking for a recruitment skilled who is a strong Individual Contributor (IC) and can independently manage complex technical hiring requirements from sourcing to closure. The candidate should also have the maturity and leadership skills to guide, mentor and support a team of recruiters when required.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Technical IT, Product, SaaS, and Software hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS/CRM.
Work Mode
- Initially Remote during the initial phase of employment.
- Subsequently, the candidate will be required to work from the Joan Technologies office in Bangalore.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore and should be comfortable transitioning to Work From Office.
- Candidates unwilling to work from the Bangalore office at a later stage will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions.
- Act as a strong Individual Contributor (IC) and personally drive sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interviews, negotiation, and closures.
- Handle multiple technical hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Recruit across Software Engineering, Product Engineering, Full Stack, Backend, Fronten
