Responsibilities
- Managing and listing the products online
- Maintaining reporting and returns
- Monitor and maintain customer feedback
- Work on problem-solving and product optimizations
- Regularly manage inventory across e-commerce portals
- Work on WordPress/Magento/Shopify website development
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and amazon sponsored ads is a big plus
- Learning and implementing best practices in e-commerce
Required Candidate Profile
- Honest, Hardworking, and Dedicated
- Graduate in any field
- Efficiency in MS Excel & shortcut keys
- Hands-on experience in most used formulas and functions like sort, filter, VLOOKUP, sub-total, concatenate and pivot tables
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in E-commerce, Market Places
- Must have a full working knowledge of Marketplaces like Amazon, etc.
- Knowledge of digital marketing a plus
