Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
US Non-IT Recruiter
to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for the US staffing industry, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across Non-IT domains. This role requires working during
PST business hours
and collaborating closely with US-based account managers, clients, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions, from requirement analysis through candidate onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
- Recruit for a wide range of Non-IT roles including Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance,



Administrative, Skilled Trades, and other skilled domains.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates while meeting client SLAs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, employment regulations, and market intelligence.
