As Associate Director, Quality Assurance, Technology, you will serve as a strategic technology business partner for Quality Operations, ensuring that Quality Technology solutions enable business goals, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive the alignment of Quality Management Systems, technology roadmaps, and stakeholder priorities to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions across the organization.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish strategic partnerships with Quality and Technical Operations stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business objectives.




- Lead the Quality Technology portfolio, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives supporting Quality Assurance capabilities.
- Drive the development and execution of technology roadmaps for Quality Management Systems and related digital platforms.
- Partner with business leaders to capture, assess, and prioritize demand, translating requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Act as the primary Technology partner for Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology investments.
- Oversee vendor relationships, solution lifecycle management, and delivery of high-quality services in regulated GxP environments.
