We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity estimation, cost control, tender preparation, material requirements, and project-related documentation. The candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and quotations.
- Study architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other construction drawings.
- Verify quantities of materials and works executed at the site.
- Prepare and check material requirement statements.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding material quantities, measurements, and work progress.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, running bills, and final bills.




- Check contractor/subcontractor bills against actual work completed.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost variations and discrepancies.
- Prepare variation statements and additional work estimates when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, measurements, purchase requirements, and project costs.
- Assist in procurement planning and ensure materials are purchased as per project requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding estimates, measurements, payments, and variations when required.
- Support the project team in maintaining projects within the approved budget.
- Perform regular site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
- Carry out any other quantity surveying, estimation, or project-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
