Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the construction, architecture, and interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the organization, leading the finance team, ensuring financial compliance, budgeting, cost control, project finance management, and supporting strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, financial planning expertise, and experience in handling project-based financial operations within the construction and design sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Budget Management

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and project cost plans.

Monitor organizational financial performance and control project expenditures.

Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.

2. Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee daily accounting operations, bookkeeping,



and financial transactions.

Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, invoices, payments, and financial records.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund utilization efficiently.

3. Project Finance & Cost Control

Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, and financial performance.

Ensure proper tracking of construction and interior project expenses.

Control operational costs and optimize financial resources.

Coordinate with project teams regarding project budgets and financial approvals.

4. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and manage the finance and accounts team effectively.

Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.

Provide guidance, performance monitoring, and team development support.

Ensure coordination between finance, procurement, HR, and project departments.
