Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur and Pune. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients,



and supporting revenue growth through brokerage and wealth management services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their financial objectives, presenting suitable products and solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand T Capital Wealth’s presence in the region. The role also involves achieving sales targets, participating in client events, and promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
