Role & responsibilities
Search and identify tenders from GeM, e -Procurement portals, CPPP, Railways, State
Procurement portals, and RFP websites.
Analyze tender/RFP eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements.
Prepare complete tender documentation, compliance sheets, BOQs, declarations, &supporting; documents.
Manage GeM bidding process and online bid submissions.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, customers, and internal teams for pricing and
documentation.
Maintain bid tracker, tender status, and records using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare quotations, reports, and bid documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ensure timely submission of bids and perform post-bid follow-up until award.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in Government/PSU projects.
Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, Railways, and State e-Procurement portals.
Experience in IT, Networking, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Wireless, or Infrastructure tenders
is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and tender documentation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience handling Government and PSU tenders in IT, Networking, ELV, CCTV, Access
Control, Wireless, or Infrastructure domains.
Familiarity with Railway, Smart City, Airport, Port, and Utility sector tenders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
