We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing employee relations, HR operations, engagement initiatives, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment, along with Payroll support

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Payroll support
Strong experience in handling employee grievances, concerns, and workplace issues
Can work on end-to-end monthly payroll
Good Knowledge of Statutory compliance like Payroll, ESIC, and taxation
Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance
Experience in conducting employee engagement activities and initiatives
Ability to conduct employee connect sessions, feedback discussions, and exit interviews
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS or other HRMS platforms
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR MIS/reporting
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills
High level of confidentiality, maturity, empathy, and attention to detail
Ability to work closely with management and employees to resolve workplace concerns effectively
