We are looking for an energetic IT Sales professional who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from identifying healthcare prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and prospect hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, day-care centres and healthcare groups.
- Build a solid pipeline through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- References
- Industry networking
- Healthcare events/conferences
- Field visits




- Research prospects and identify decision-makers such as hospital owners, promoters, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Medical Directors and Administrators.

2. Product Demonstrations
- Understand Healync's healthcare technology platform thoroughly.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand the prospect's existing processes and demonstrate how Healync can improve:
- EMR
- Patient management
- Billing & accounting
- Insurance/TPA workflows
- IPD/OPD management
- Doctor management
- Inventory/consumables
- MIS & analytics
- Communication automation
- Prepare customized presentations and proposals based on client requirements.

3. End-to-End Sales

Own the complete sales cycle:

Lead → Qualification → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure → Handover
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Follow up consistently with pros
