Position: HVAC Supervisor

​Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Supervisor to draft & oversee site installations and lead our execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC systems, especially in large-scale projects like Multiplex Theatres, are installed accurately according to design specifications.

​Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting HVAC layouts.

​Supervise on-site HVAC installation activities (Ducting, Piping, and Equipment mounting).

​Read and interpret HVAC layouts and ensure execution matches the drawings.

​Coordinate with the Project Engineer for material requirements and site progress.

​Maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site.





​Conduct basic site measurements and assist in testing and commissioning.

​Requirements:

​Education: Diploma / Btech in Mechanical Engineering.

​Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with a strong desire to learn are welcome).

​Ability to understand technical drawings and ducting layouts.

​Strong leadership and communication skills to handle site workers.

​Willingness to work on-site and handle field challenges.
