Job Overview

Chandigarh University is looking for dynamic, confident, and target-driven Admission Counselors / Senior Admission Counselors to join our admissions team.

The role involves counseling prospective students and parents, managing leads and inquiries, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct cold calling and consistent follow-ups on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.




- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structure, scholarships, and deadlines.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Guide applicants throughout the admission process until successful enrollment.
- Handle objections and use effective counseling and persuasion techniques to convert leads into admissions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, or Education Sales.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech sector will be preferred.
