Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Head

1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s payday loan products, generating qualified customer leads, increasing loan applications, and supporting customer acquisition through various marketing channels.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and an understanding of digital and telephonic marketing.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s payday loan products through approved marketing channels.
- Generate and manage leads through digital, telephonic, social media, referral, and other approved sources.
- Communicate loan product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements,



and application processes to prospective customers accurately.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the application journey.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and maximize lead-to-application conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for leads, applications, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and new acquisition opportunities.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities as assigned.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding loan products.
- Ensure that all marketing communication follows company policies, approved communication guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
