Role Overview

As a Brand Associate Intern, you will represent Lal Sweets at leading retail outlets and contemporary trade locations. Your role will be to create customer awareness, share the story of our products, encourage product trials, support in-store visibility, and help shoppers make informed purchase decisions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and want practical exposure to customer engagement, retail activation, FMCG branding, and consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Lal Sweets professionally at assigned retail outlets such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and modern trade stores.
