Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to clients.
- Configure and implement WFM systems, including scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Develop test plans, execute testing activities, and validate system configurations against client needs.
- Offer suggestions for improving WFM processes within an organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on Kronos WFM implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of Kronos product suite (Workforce Central, eSchedule, eForecast, eReports).
- Experience working with various types of data sources such as SQL databases and web services APIs.
