Job Summary

Ou client is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and technically strong Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for its Electrical Panel Division.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical panel solutions, project sales, industrial markets, and EPC business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Electrical Panels, Industrial, Infrastructure, OEM, EPC, and Commercial sectors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, channel partners, EPC companies, and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, client meetings, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.




- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Application, and Project teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts and successfully close business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and sales targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Represent Company at industry exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and client meetings.
- Submit regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
