Candidate should have Vast Experience of execution/manufacturing of below mention Materials & products as Plant Head :

1. Movement Joints Strip Seal Expansion Joints, Compression Seal, Modular Expansion Joints, Finger Type Expansion Joints, RDSO Expansion Joints.
2. Structural Bearings POT Cum PTFE Bearing, Spherical Bearing, Metallic Guided Bearing, Elastomeric Bearing.
3. Pre-Stressing & Post Tensioning Systems Anchor Wedges, Anchor Heads and Anchor Cones.

Role & responsibilities: :-
- Capable to implement project timelines, monitor progress, and make updates as needed. They should check schedules and work progress regularly to ensure the team completes each project as planned.
- Managing projects: Overseeing project plans and timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Analysing needs: Analysing customer requirements and users' needs, and developing technical solutions
- Researching and recommending: Researching, evaluating,



and recommending current technologies, processes, and tools
- Identifying risks: Identifying potential risks and forming contingency plans
- Troubleshooting: Performing troubleshooting as and when required
- Design & Simulation Validation from certified authority and simulation of Movement Joints, Structural Bearing, Pre-Stressing & Post Tensioning Systems.
- Leading a team : Delegating tasks, hiring and training technical personnel, and motivating staff
- Communicating: Liaising with team members, clients, and management, and providing presentations to stakeholders
- Keeping up with trends: Keeping up with industry trends and developments
- Writing reports: Writing periodic progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
