Role Description
The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Una, responsible for leading and overseeing branch operations within Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day activities include managing staff, supervising logistics and warehouse processes,



and ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. The role involves monitoring branch performance, managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, handle escalations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position also requires preparing operational reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
