Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our property portal team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients, including real estate builders, developers, brokers, and property agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard property dealers, builders, and real estate agents.
- Explain property portal packages, advertising plans, and services to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update client and sales details in CRM/portal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Interest in the real estate/property industry will be preferred.
