Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Solution Architect
to design, architect, and deliver scalable transportation solutions for complex supply-chain and logistics environments. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, supply-chain teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust OTM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the
end-to-end OTM solution architecture
, including transportation planning, execution, shipment management, freight payment, and related processes.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into
OTM functional and technical solutions
.
- Design solutions covering
Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, Planning, Tendering, Tracking, Fleet/Carrier processes, and Freight Settlement
.
- Lead OTM integrations with
ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI/API, middleware, and external carrier systems
.
- Define integration architecture, data flows, interfaces, and technical specifications.
- Configure and guide development of OTM components including
automation agents, saved queries, workflows, reports, XML/JSON integrations, and business rules
.
- Provide architectural guidance on
OTM cloud implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support
.
- Conduct solution workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and integration standards.
- Identify opportunities for
process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and transportation efficiency
.
- Mentor OTM consultants and development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
