Role Description
The Sales Officer role at GSR Energies is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Sales Officer will engage prospective and existing customers, explain solar energy solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, coordinating with channel partners, and conducting site visits when required. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships,
providing after-sales support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Sales Officer will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and meet or exceed sales targets while promoting GSR Energies’ values and offerings.
