Summary - We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in Product-Based and SaaS hiring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of recruiting top technical talent for engineering, product, and leadership roles within fastpaced product organizations.

Key Responsibilitie:s:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product and SaaS hiring.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce planning.

• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.

• Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication.





• Drive offer negotiations and ensure successful offer closures.

• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS data, and hiring metrics.

• Collaborate with business leaders to meet hiring goals within defined SLAs. Required Experience

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Mandatory experience hiring for Product-Based companies.

• Mandatory experience recruiting for SaaS organizations.

• Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, QA Automation Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Architects.

• Experience recruiting across multiple technology stacks including Java, .NET, Python, React, Node.js, Golang, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kub
