- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, site visits)
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a database of clients and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure (legal, finance, documentation)
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
