Looking for an Operation Manager
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of Gold Loan branches.
- Ensure smooth and accurate processing of gold-loan applications, disbursements, renewals, closures, and settlements.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of business and operational targets.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal, verification, packing, custody, and vault management as per company policies.
- Maintain strict control over cash, gold, documents, and other branch assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/NBFC guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Monitor customer onboarding, KYC documentation, loan documentation, and data accuracy.
- Track overdue accounts, collections, renewals, and auction-related activities.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Audit, Collections, Finance, and other departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
