Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in EHS management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance EHS performance.
- Provide training and guidance on EHS best practices to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve EHS goals.
