About WoBhi Marketing
WoBhi Marketing, a unit of Astroscience, is engaged in the marketing and sales of astrology-related products and services, including Kundali/horoscope services, Lal Kitab remedies, gemstones, yantras and other spiritual and astrological offerings.
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can connect with customers, understand their requirements, generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Astroscience products and services.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify current sales and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
- Support promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated about the company's products, services and ongoing offers.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
