Key accountabilities
- Manage Whistleblower mechanism
- Interview and assess individuals for integrity related investigations
- Manage desktop & field investigations across different geographies
- Write and report investigation reports
- Develop and enhance Vigilance awareness
- Provide learning on process/product control based on investigations
- Liaise with Law enforcement authorities (Police, Court, RTO etc)
Desired skills
- 2-3 years experience in conducting investigations (freshers too considered)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Forensic Investigations/Criminology
- Excellent communication skills is a must for the role
- Ability to interact in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam & Hindi will be beneficial
