Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Java, React & Python technology skilled with 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions while contributing technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery oversight across cross-functional teams.The position will contribute to business objectives by translating requirements into technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting successful project delivery.
