Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, handling customer interactions, generating leads, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update lead and customer information in CRM/sales records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Sales and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidate Profile
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, inside sales, field sales, or business development experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

2,50,000 – 3,00,000 per annum

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
