About The Role
The Vendor Partner Program Manager at Tech Data is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of vendor partners who provide essential services to our customers. This position involves overseeing all facets of the partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.



The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring adherence to program requirements, and driving revenue growth through effective partner enablement and engagement strategies. The Program Manager will lead initiatives to transform the vendor partner business model, monitor partner success metrics, and optimize overall program effectiveness to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, business development, and partner management. Experience in managing P&L; with a focus on profitability is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
