Job Summary

The Home Care Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients at their residence. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with doctors, family members, and the home care team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients at their residence.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, and respiratory rate.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Provide wound care, dressing, catheter care, Ryle's tube care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assist bedridden and dependent patients with activities of daily living.
- Monitor the patient's health condition and promptly report any changes or abnormalities.
- Maintain proper nursing notes, patient care records, medication charts, and handover reports.
- Ensure timely administration of medicines and treatments.
- Follow infection control, hand hygiene,



patient safety, and clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and their family members regarding medication, diet, hygiene, and basic patient care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Handle emergency situations appropriately and escalate to the concerned medical team without delay.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment provided for patient care.
- Provide proper shift handover and communicate all important patient updates to the next caregiver/nurse.
- Maintain professional behaviour and ensure patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
- Perform any other nursing-related duties assigned by the Home Care Supervisor/Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
