We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling, with strong exposure to commercial projects, high-rise towers, and landscape detailing.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience with commercial buildings and high-rise towers
Experience in landscape modeling and detailing is preferred
Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details
Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400
Ability to coordinate with Architectural, Structural & MEP teams
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain accurate Architectural BIM models
Model commercial buildings,
high-rise towers, and complex architectural elements
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules
Develop detailed landscape and external works, including hardscape, softscape, paving, planters, steps, site furniture, and landscape structures
Coordinate BIM models with Structural and MEP disciplines
Implement design changes and consultant/client comments
Assist with BIM coordination, documentation, and quantity-related requirements
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and required LOD
