We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive – International to support our international marketing and business development initiatives, with a primary focus on the US market.

The role will involve identifying and managing influencers, KOLs, content creators, affiliates, and business partners to build brand awareness, increase product visibility, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, fluent English, an understanding of social media and digital marketing, and an interest in international e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and recruit KOLs, influencers, content creators, affiliates, and business partners in the US and international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and other marketing partners.
- Conduct creator outreach through email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Evaluate creators based on audience, engagement, content quality, relevance, and potential business value.
- Handle partnership communication,



negotiations, collaboration proposals, product seeding, and campaign execution.
- Develop influencer and creator collaboration strategies based on product characteristics and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate product samples, campaign requirements, content deliverables, timelines, and other collaboration activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, sales, and ROI.
- Maintain accurate records of creators, partners, campaigns, communications, and performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other tools.
- Identify opportunities for affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and social commerce to increase sales.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of international campaigns.
