Equipment Expertise Required

Candidates must possess hands-on sales experience and technical understanding of the following equipment categories:
- Boom Lifts (Articulated & Telescopic) – Aerial work platform sales for construction and industrial applications
- Scissor Lifts – Electric and diesel-powered platforms for elevated work environments
- Cranes – Mobile, crawler, and tower crane product lines
- Farana (Pick & Carry Cranes) – Compact and heavy-duty configurations
- Hydra Cranes – Hydraulic cranes for infrastructure and utility projects
- Forklifts – Counterbalance, reach truck, and warehouse equipment variants
- Truck Mounted Cranes – Fleet and commercial vehicle-mounted lifting solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and logistics sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to technical demonstrations, quotations, negotiations,



and order closure
- Build and sustain robust long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits and technical presentations to advise clients on the most suitable equipment for their requirements
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, competitive quotations, and tender documents
- Collaborate with the operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and after-sales support
- Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales management team
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand presence
- Achieve and exceed incentive thresholds by maximizing the total value of each sales cycle
