Workstreet is looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our India-based workforce, employed through our EOR partner, Rippling. Based in Gurugram , youll serve as the ground-level operational backbone of our People function for India resolving employee queries, maintaining clean and accurate Rippling records, supporting recruitment and screening, and acting as the first point of contact between our India-based employees and the People Ops team. This is a true HR generalist support role with broad exposure across statutory compliance, HRIS administration, and employee experience, working closely with the Global People Ops Team.
