Job Overview:
The Warehousing & Packaging Executive will be responsible for managing warehousing and packaging operations to ensure efficient product storage, handling, and packaging
This role will involve maintaining stock levels, ensuring packaging accuracy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless product distribution
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in warehousing and packaging operations
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehousing activities, including the receiving, storage,
and organization of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure that all products are properly packaged in accordance with quality and compliance standards
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports using internal systems
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of products
Coordinate with logistics teams to manage product deliveries and shipments
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies or shortages
Manage the labeling, batch coding, and packaging design as per customer specifications
Ensure all packaging meets regulatory and quality control requirements
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain hygiene and safety standards in the warehousing area
Continuously improve packaging processes to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of warehousing and packaging processes in a manufacturing setting
