1. Assist in formulation, review, and evaluation of credit policies for the SME portfolios in coordination with Credit and Business teams.
2. Assist in implementation of credit risk policy and Portfolio Risk Monitoring framework
3. Manage end-to-end RBI Annual Financial Inspections and CSITE (ReBIT) Audits.
4. Oversee and optimize multi-stream regulatory reporting, including RBS (Risk Based Supervision) Tranches, CRILC, DSB Returns, and Fraud Returns.
5. Draft, finalize, and present formal audit responses and regulatory query resolutions to senior management and regulators.
6. Strengthen the overall internal control workplace by establishing key metrics for Risk Appetite Reporting and tracking threshold alignments.
7. Design, implement, and track structured remediation action plans for open, overdue, or retargeted risk and internal audit issues.
8. Lead thematic analyses on emerging enterprise risks, portfolio exposures, and control gaps to support executive decision-making.

Govern third-party risk assessment frameworks and inter-affiliate data gap analysis.
10. Supervise high-integrity financial reporting workflows (including asset classification/NPA monitoring) to deliver granular, system-driven insights to leadership.
11. Establish robust cross-validation procedures across financial and operational systems to reduce manual workarounds and reporting risk.
12. Assess the impact of RBI circulars to drive enterprise change, formulate policies, and manage the policy repository.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Company Secretary (CS) / MBA in Finance
Experience: Min 3- 5 years of experience driving regulatory compliance, risk controls, or financial governance within Banks/NBFCs.
Certifications: AML/KYC, Digital Banking, or Financial Risk Management (FRM) credentials.
