Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Study Visa Counselor role based in Chandigarh, India. The Study Visa Counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the entire study visa process, including initial consultation, eligibility assessment, and country/course selection. The role involves explaining admission and visa requirements, assisting with documentation, form filling, and application submission,



and coordinating with educational institutions and visa offices as needed. The counselor will conduct regular follow-ups, maintain accurate records of student interactions, and provide timely updates on application status. Additional responsibilities include participating in student seminars or information sessions, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and ensuring all processes comply with current immigration and education regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to clearly explain study options, visa requirements, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and institutional partners professionally.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, application review, and data management, with strong organizational skills.
