About the Role

You will lead the Investor Relations function for RRVL, owning the external financial narrative and investor perception of the company. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be the primary interface with investors, analysts and market participants, translating business performance, strategy and growth outlook into a transparent, consistent and credible equity story.

This role sits at the heart of the company's IPO journey: you will drive IPO readiness, valuation positioning and post-listing market engagement, while acting as a strategic advisor to leadership by bringing investor and market insight directly into decision-making. You will shape investor materials and disclosures, lead earnings calls, investor meetings and roadshows, and build long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts and rating agencies.

Working closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy and the Company Secretary, you will ensure disclosures are timely,



accurate and fully compliant with SEBI and stock exchange requirements. This is a high-visibility, high-impact mandate for someone who wants to help define how the capital markets see one of India's most closely watched IPO stories.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously refine the company's equity story, linking strategy, financial performance and growth outlook, ensuring consistency across all investor communications.
- Lead IR workstreams for the IPO, including investor narrative, valuation positioning and roadshow materials, partnering with bankers, legal advisors and leadership.
- Design and drive a structured engagement model across institutional investors, analysts and rating agencies; lead earnings calls, investor meetings and roadshows.
