We’re building a new AI & Automation function — a small, high‑trust, high‑autonomy team operating inside an established business. We move fast, build real things, and ship value in days, not weeks. Internal tools that prove their worth get packaged and sold as commercial products. Everything you build has a second life.

We’re hiring two founding generalist engineers to help define how this team works and what it becomes.

What you'll build
- Agentic AI workflows using Claude, Gemini, LangChain/LangGraph
- Internal tools for Sales, CX, and Operations - dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, and process automation that make Onecom faster
- User‑facing AI products that can be commercialised
- GCP‑native backend services (Cloud Run, Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
- Frontend interfaces in React or Next.js
- Integrations across CRMs, ticketing systems, data warehouses, and communication tools
- Custom enterprise solutions bespoke solutions for clients where standard products don’t fit
What makes you a great fit

You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be competent across most of the stack and able to learn quick. You’ve built things end‑to‑end before. You can point to something live, explain your decisions, and be honest about what you’d improve.
