ABOUT THE ROLE:

GrowthPal is building the world's largest platform connecting companies looking to grow through acquisitions. We work with corporates, investment banks, private equity firms, founders, and corporate development teams to help identify acquisition opportunities, discover strategic buyers, and execute successful M&A; transactions.

We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our Deal Advisory team. You'll combine research, commercial thinking, industry understanding, and relationship building to match companies with the right strategic or financial buyers, working closely with founders, corporate development teams, investment professionals, and senior leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify strategic seller and acquisition opportunities.

Research industries, markets,



and competitive landscapes.

Build and qualify seller lists using proprietary data, market research, and industry intelligence.

Engage with potential sellers and create interest in relevant acquisition opportunities.

Understand businesses that are actively exploring strategic investments or acquisitions.

Work closely with the Deal Advisory team to move qualified opportunities into active transaction pipelines. Maintain CRM records, buyer intelligence, and transaction tracking.

Collaborate with founders and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3 to 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, or related roles.

Robust understanding of the technology industry, including SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Software, AI, or Digital businesses.
