Your Role:

CRY is looking for someone who can build a vibrant movement of citizens committed to childrens rights by creating meaningful opportunities for people and institutions to contribute.

This role sits at the intersection of citizen engagement and volunteer mobilisation. You will build relationships with schools, colleges, universities, corporate organisations, government departments, professional bodies and community institutions, translating these relationships into sustained opportunities for volunteering and social action.

You will inspire students,



professionals and skilled experts to contribute through mentoring children, undertaking research, designing communication materials, raising resources, providing pro bono professional support and strengthening CRYs organisational capabilities.

What You Will Do:
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, government departments, skilled associations and community institutions.
- Design and grow school volunteering, campus engagement, internships, skills-based volunteering, pro bono engagement and micro-volunteering.
- Mobilise volunteers from diverse backgrounds and connect them with meaningful opportunities.
- Develop a network of highly skilled pro bono professionals.
- Work across CRY functions to identify volunteer opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and support the regional Volunteer Engagement team.
