Job Summary**

Cyient, Inc. is seeking an experienced Offshore SACS Engineer specializing in Civil & Structural disciplines. This role involves performing structural analysis and design for offshore platforms and structures using SACS software, ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes and standards.

Job Responsibilities**

* Execute structural analysis and design of offshore structures (e.g., jackets, topsides, foundations) using SACS software.
* Develop structural models, perform static and dynamic analysis, and conduct fatigue analysis.
* Interpret analysis results, prepare detailed design reports, and provide technical recommendations.
* Ensure all designs comply with international codes and standards such as API, AISC, DNV, and ISO.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including naval architects, mechanical, and piping engineers.
* Participate in design reviews, provide technical input, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
* Prepare technical specifications, scope of work documents, and material requisitions.




* Conduct structural integrity assessments and support construction and installation activities.
* Stay abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in offshore structural engineering.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Ocean Engineering.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore structural engineering, with a strong focus on SACS software.
* Proficiency in using SACS for structural analysis, design, and fatigue assessment.
* In-depth knowledge of international offshore structural design codes and standards (e.g., API RP 2A, AISC, DNV-OS-C101).
* Experience with other structural analysis software (e.g., Abaqus, ANSYS) is a plus.
* Robust understanding of steel design, connection design, and foundation engineering principles for offshore applications.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
