Key Responsibilties:
- Lead and manage QA/QC activities for construction projects.
- Develop and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists and inspection procedures.
- Monitor quality of RCC, structural, civil and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Review material approvals, test reports, MIRs and WIRs.
- Identify quality deviations and ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Ensure testing and inspection of construction materials as per project requirements.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality issues.
- Maintain QA/QC records, reports and documentation.
- Support consultant/client inspections and project audits.
- Lead and guide the QA/QC team at project level.
- Ensure quality requirements are maintained through project completion and handover.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory
Experience:
8-15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably with a reputed real estate developer or construction company.
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
