Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and accountable Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. This is not a passive role — you will be expected to take ownership, lead from the front, and build a reliable care system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations and care delivery
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
- Supervise, train, and support nursing and care staff
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalised care plans
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and external healthcare professionals
- Monitor quality of care and implement continuous improvements
- Handle clinical escalations and critical cases effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
- Support management in audits, licensing, and clinical governance
Requirements:
- Nursing Background (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home care / hospital experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good understanding of clinical compliance and healthcare regulations
- Willingness to travel locally if required
