Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, focused on Insurance & TPA Collaboration for cashless treatment facilities. The role involves identifying, approaching, and building relationships with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)



to secure and maintain hospital empanelment. Daily tasks include coordinating empanelment documentation, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with insurer and TPA requirements, and updating internal stakeholders on panel status and policies. The position also requires close collaboration with billing, finance, and front-office teams to streamline cashless processes, resolve claim-related queries, and improve overall patient experience. The individual will monitor industry trends, maintain accurate empanelment records, and support audits and reviews related to insurance and TPA partnerships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, particularly in hospital empanelment and cashless treatment workflows.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with insurers, TPA
