Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Execute Instrumentation department’s system related activities in order to achieve business targets and improve profitability.

2. Inspection of all incoming DCS/PLC systems material based on purchase specification.

3. Maintain history of all DCS/PLC systems.

4. To provide technical knowledge to instrumentation engineer and support to all departments by deciding priority in order to safety and production.

5. Participate in department objectives & achievement.

6. Preventive maintenance of the DCS / PLC systems, panels and operating stations.

7. To be developed and modify batch sequence, Logics and interlocks in the system.

8. Assignment of all instruments in system as per requirement along with report generation, trend assignment.

9. Ensure healthiness of all plant’s DCS/PLC system to run plant smoothly.

10. Maintain YOKOGAWA and HONEYWELL DCS, DELTA PLC, SCHEINDER PLC

11. Update & maintain quality documents & records.

12. Conduct on job training of immediate subordinate.

13. Effective control of material consumption.

14. Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of Electrical & Instrumentation department.
