real-time monitoring and tracking of vehicles and shipments

ensuring timely movement of trucks from origin to destination. The role will operate as part of the Control Tower team, identifying delays, exceptions, and deviations and coordinating with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Role Description
The Truck Tracking Executive | Control Tower role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram, HR. The person in this role monitors and tracks truck movements in real time, ensuring on-time pickups, deliveries, and adherence to planned routes. Daily responsibilities include updating shipment statuses, coordinating with drivers and dispatch teams, and resolving delays or exceptions quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
